We now Trade across the whole of Europe! and America! Simply add your Item to the check out and click International Postage and your good will be sent!
Postage Conditions
Most orders recieved before 3.30pm will be sent on the same working day, however during busy periods it may take 24 hours for the order to be processed.
Postage rates are for MAINLAND UK only. Please contact Lemon Digital Ltd for postage rates to the Highlands and Islands. Items that weigh up to 5 kilograms (10,000grams) will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is a 'guaranteed to be delivered by 2pm following day' service. Any item weighing over 10 kilograms will be delivered by a premier quality courier service on a next-day service. Full insurance on all services is included in the price you pay. Some products cannot be sent via Royal Mail special delivery, if this is the case it will be sent via our courier but will still be with you the following day. If this is the case we will add a note to your account so that you can check the status of your order. Please enquire if you have any questions.
Governing Law and Contract Formation
No contract will exist between you and Lemon Digital Ltd for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Lemon Digital Ltd accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Lemon Digital Ltd sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Lemon Digital Ltd irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Returns Policy
Under the new Distance Selling Regulations of 2000, the customer has the right to cancel this contract with Lemon Digital LTD and request the return their goods for a full refund within 7 working days after the day the goods were delivered. We will refund the total price paid at the time of purchase
This law assumes that the goods returned for credit are in "As New" condition and must be in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for return postage costs and the safe return of the goods.
Software
Unopened / Sealed software is also covered by the Distance Selling Regulations of 2000
Opened software is non-refundable. Faulty software will be replaced.
Other Returns Conditions
You can request to return goods after 7 Days with a 25% restocking fee - however this is at the discretion of our Customer Services team.
If it is returned to us in good condition, a refund for the goods will be made by the same payment method and to the same card that was used to make the purchase. All refunds will be undertaken within 7 working days of return. Please note credit / debit card refunds can take 4 working days to clear.
Returns for faulty goods
Before returns are accepted in the unlikely event of a faulty item, Lemon Digital LTD will sometimes require a fault code which can be obtained from the manufacturer to validate the fault and the reason behind the fault. Return postage cost may depend on individual cases. Back Orders
When certain products are not in stock thay will be marked as 'Out of Stock - Back Orders Being Taken'. This will secure the particular product for you when they arrive into our stock. Estimated dates of stock intake with respect to back-order items are subject to change and will be updated by Lemon Digital LTD when information becomes available.
